Norm Reeves has a stellar reputation, in part because of how long they have been in business. Norm Reeves came about in 1953, where it started only as a motorcycle dealership. When Honda started selling automobiles, Norm Reeves followed suit.

The dealership offers used cars that are handpicked from the Honda main store in Cerritos which are then inspected and worked on before they are displayed in the Super Center. Abraham Valdez, the store manager, makes it clear that since this is a clearance facility for their new car store in Cerritos, the focus is on providing the lowest priced, reliable used cars and takes pride in having new inventory every week.

The manager, Valdez, explains it best, “The 5-5-5 Program is unique because it sets us apart from the other dealers by providing our customers five months or five thousand miles on the power train warranty. It also gives the customer five days to exchange the vehicle, which in today’s market is a great advantage.”
